The Golden Life Rocks
Hailing originally from Santa Barbara CA, now based in Houston Texas, Candace has a long line of history in music in her family; her mothers side from Detroit were active in the Motown music scene throughout the 19th century, her aunt dated Sir Mac Rice, her grandfather and uncle played bass and cello with the likes of Jazz musician Kenny Burrell.
Her grandmother Elayne ‘Melena’ Papamarco was a professional Burlesque dance performer in the 1950’s in Detroit’s thriving Greektown, other cousins, uncles and relatives have had musical composition or been in service to music in some form.
Her mom Trina was a host at KCSB-FM radio Santa Barbara, CA airing weekly episodes of her program ‘Music Of Many Lands’.
This evolved into many more opportunities for her mom to meet an extensive list of famous musicians throughout the decades, including;

She is a self professed Rock & Roll connoisseur and is devoted to sharing and teaching others the art of appreciation of the universal language: Music
She hosts ‘The Golden Life’ a Youtube channel and podcast with a constantly eveolving platform that focuses on touring bands, concert news, reviews, interviews with record label artists, and other accomplished music industry insiders including band management, crew and roadies.
She has a sharp sense of awareness on the now slowly dwindling but never will be forgotten golden era of original classic, garage, psychedelic, and experimental rock.
Her penchant for the 1960’s-1980’s American Rock Revolution and British Invasion era are of particular emphasis.
She loves listening to Sirius XM Radio’s Little Steven’s Underground Garage.
Candace remains steadfastly committed to preserving keen awareness to others about music highlighting some of the worlds most renowned artists.
